Apple sold 45.5 million iPhones during its most recent quarter, a decrease of 5% year-over-year, but still slightly above Wall Street's forecasts. But that figure doesn't tell the entire story. "[The quarter] only included 9 days of the iPhone 7; most of the quarter came from the prior [iPhone 6S launch], which was lackluster," said Angelo Zino, an equity analyst at CFRA Research. Go to https://www.FearlessAgent.com for more information on Fearless Agent coaching and training programs! Real Estate Sales Coaching and Training: FearlessAgent.com In this Real Estate Coaching and Training video, coach and mentor Bob Loeffler of Fearless Agent coaching and training shares his ideas! Here is what to say to an incoming sign call or ad call to turn them into an Investor Client: Are you calling looking for a house to actually live in, or are you somebody who wants to get rich by investing in real estate? That is the magic question! Many people will say "I'm looking for a house to live in... but, I've thought about investing in real estate!" Then you just switch gears so you can accomplish easily what is actually the hardest thing for most agents to accomplish, and that is to turn an ad call or a sign call into an In-Office Buyer appointment. You say " Can I just give you my quick, thumbnail philosophy of investing in real estate?" (they always say yes) "I think if you're not earning a 40-60% annual rate of return on a real estate investment, you've got to be doing something way wrong, and most people aren't earning anywhere near that, or they are, and they don't even know it... by the way, do you currently own any investment real estate? (if yes) Do you really, exactly, for sure, precisely know what your annual rate of return is? (they don't) Well here's what I'd like to do... I'd like to find a time when you could come into my office, I'll go through my investor philosophy with you, by the way it's just an idea, I don't have anything to sell you, so leave your checkbook at home. You're either going to want to do it or not... you probably are.. and my hope is if you do, that you would want to do it with me, but either way it's still a good idea, so, what do you think, would you like to come in an hear about it?" You don't need any fancy closing techniques - they will all say yes! Then they come in - you give them the Fearless Agent Investor Presentation, and they either have enough money to be investors, or they don't. But either way you will be the smartest most professional Realtor® they ever talked to, and they will refer people to you for life! Please give us the opportunity to help you earn your full worth in real estate - go to https://www.FearlessAgent.com today. Join the Fearless Agent movement! - Sign up for our Fearless Agent Coaching - Try it for FREE on one of our TeleSeminars, we would love to have you as a client. You can call me anytime at 480-385-8810. We can't wait to make you a Fearless Agent! Our Coaching offers an alternative to old fashioned, overpriced, traditional coaching programs where you are constantly asked about your "Big Why" and constantly asked to report your numbers. When your coach is doing that, you know they have run out of skills to teach you. Their answer to your problem is always just to "do more". We are completely different than Mike Ferry coaching, Tom Ferry, Kevin Ward, Brian Buffini etc. What we do is focused on your sales skills, your schedule, and your systems, all aimed at dramatically increasing the dollars per hour you are earning. We will not be selling you on spending money on marketing, websites, lead capture platforms, social media. None of that has anything to do with Sales or you making money!

Updated August 10, 2016. This video will show you how to pitch to investors in under 2 minutes without the aid of any slides. Virtual pitch coaching is now available here: http://www.nathangold.com/virtualcoach When you are given the opportunity to pitch your company and all you have is a microphone and a panel of investors waiting for you to pitch, you need to be well scripted and rehearsed for the performance. Without a script indelibly inscribed in your brain, you will usually run over on time, not cover everything you wanted to talk about, or worse, completely lose your way. This cannot and should not be an extemporaneous talk where you condense your 10 minute presentation into 2 minutes. The real purpose of the 2 minute pitch is to convince an investor to ask you questions that will ultimately lead to one of two outcomes. Either they will like you enough to continue talking with you or they can become a resource for you to leverage at some time in the future. Recently, at the VCTaskforce in Palo Alto, California, 10 companies were given 2 minutes to pitch to a panel of angel investors. These were who's who in Silicon Valley, such as Tom Cervantez co-founder of the Harvard Angels, Raffy Chatav from Silicom Ventures, John Ryan from Band of Angels, and Paul Twombly from Keiretsu Forum. You should see what these people give as feedback to people who obviously have not really prepared for the event. Speaking of preparing, that is exactly what this video is all about. You will learn how to have a great opening that will capture the attention of the listener. Following that, you'll be able to clearly articulate the value of your business by answering 6 questions on the minds of your investors. After watching this video, you will clearly understand and know how NOT to sound the S.A.M.E. as other presenters. And, you'll be able to effectively use the Columbo Close, a powerful attention-getting tool, as the last words the investor will hear from you. The information contained in this video is the result of the last 6 years of delivering workshops and coaching real people who are raising capital. It's the same information I give out in the first coaching session along with an important homework assignment. This is not a sales presentation to get you to hire me. This video contains only "solid nourishment" and no "empty calories" to waste your time or money. Here are a few who used this approach: -Glue Networks raised $4.5 million from Angels -Education.com raised $9.2 million Series B -Sim Ops Studios raised $3 million Series A -Abulla received 6 calls from VC's after a 7 minute presentation -Zazingo went into due diligence after their first meeting with a VC Nathan Gold, the presenter in the video, coaches for the following organizations: -Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation -Startup America Partnership -UP Global -IDG/DEMO Conferences -Citrix Startup Accelerator -DLA Piper Venture Pipeline Group -SVForum Investor Forum -Keiretsu Forum Entrepreneur Academy -PlugandPlayTechCenter -Rocketspace Jumpstart Program

Russian/Arabic/Nat A display of arms in the Siberian city of Omsk attracted investors from more than 20 countries, including old allies of the Soviet Union like Iraq and North Korea, as well as South Africa and South Korea. Meanwhile, an increase in violence in Russia itself has seen the country's old steel industry adapt its products to the booming security market. The best of the Russian army's tanks and armoured personnel carriers went on display in the Siberian city of Omsk. Rosvooruzheniye, the government agency responsible for selling Russia's arms abroad, is courting the expanding economies of developing nations. Southeast Asia and the Middle East are particular targets, although China and India are still Russia's biggest clients. Keen to impress potential investors, Rosvooruzheniye staged this military exercise at a training ground just outside of Omsk. Would-be buyers from more than 20 countries were there to watch the display. The exhibition drew allies of the former Soviet Union like Iraq and North Korea, as well as buyers from places like South Africa and South Korea which have only recently established diplomatic relations with Russia. Star of the show was the R-80U tank - the only one in the world that can fire both missiles and self-propelled rockets. SOUNDBITE: (Arabic) "We trust greatly Russian weaponry. We used it in various battles and in very difficult conditions, and we would like to keep our army equipped with Russian military equipment." SUPER CAPTION: Brigadier General Adel Al-Queisi, Iraqi military attache to Russia Russia has been working hard to improve its image as a producer of advanced weaponry, since Iraq's defeat in the Gulf War and the Russian army's own heavy losses in Chechnya. For the first time since the 1991 collapse of the Soviet Union, Russia last year surpassed the United States in weapons exports to developing countries. SOUNDBITE: (Russian) "Our equipment is better than American equipment. It works in the sand, in stones, wherever you want - at minus 50 degrees centigrade or plus 50 degrees centigrade. Our equipment works." SUPER CAPTION: Viktor Verkhoglyad, Rosvooruzheniye Many potential customers at the exhibition seemed to think the Russian equipment was at least as good as any other in the world. Meanwhile, security equipment is selling well on the home front. As Russians are having to put up with an increasingly violent society, Moscow's Scientific Research Institute of Steel has stepped in to meet the demand for heavy-duty security goods. The Steel Institute's state-of-the-art flak jacket is its hottest item. Sales of the individually-fitted vests have rocketed by more than 100 per cent in the past few years. In Soviet times, the factory provided armour plating for the Red Army's tanks and equipment for the defence ministry. The break-up of the Soviet Union brought hard times to Russia's industries, particularly those dependent on defence orders. But now the Steel Institute has carved a niche for itself in the private sector, quickly becoming the country's largest producer of flak jackets. SOUNDBITE: (Russian) "Many defence businesses have collapsed. Many types of armaments will no longer be produced in Russia unless urgent measures are taken. As for us, we are still holding out." SUPER CAPTION: Dmitry Rototayev, Director General of Moscow's Steel Research Institute A rising tide of violence in Russia, including gangland shootings, terrorism, a lawless business climate and a long and bloody war in Chechnya, have turned the steel industry into a money spinner. The Steel Institute in Moscow now offers more than 200 new products designed to protect individuals. Many lenders and note brokers go to real estate conferences to find purchasers for their notes. http://youtu.be/oryLpgltK60 related keywords: mortgage notes sale buying mortgage notes mortgage note buying mortgage note sale buy mortgage note we selling mortgage notes buying selling notes buy sell notes sell mortgage notes buy my mortgage note selling mortgage note mortgage note buyer mortgage note buyers investing mortgage notes mortgage note investors private mortgage notes private mortgage notes sale sell private mortgage note sell private mortgage private mortgage note buyers mortgage note sellers private mortgage note template sell private mortgage notes real estate mortgage note private mortgage note sale private mortgage note sell sell my private mortgage note mortgage note private sell private mortgage note holders buy mortgage notes buying notes private mortgage note private mortgage investors private mortgage buyers

American staples, mac-and-cheese and ketchup are coming together. Shares of Kraft (KRFT) are sharply higher on its merger with Heinz (HNZ). David Nelson is the chief strategist at Belpointe Asset Management and expects more deals in the food space and retail asking 'how many teen retailers do we really need?' Also with Q1 earnings season coming around the corner, investors are concerned if the strong U.S. dollar will take a bigger bite out of sales growth than it did in the last quarter. Nelson says the greenback is on the mind of corporate America 'every conference call I’ve been on has had a CEO talking about strong dollar headwinds.' As for the crowded dollar trade, Nelson says 'long the dollar in the end will probably bear fruit even for the late comers.' Eventually, Apple needs to rely less on the iPhone, but for now, the company is well positioned with the iPhone 7, according to one expert. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
